Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy, which means all transactions are final and non-refundable.

We have a multiple-step process for onboarding new clients; as we provide estimates, and proposals that outline our scope of work, and pricing. At each step, you (the client) have an opportunity to back out and not proceed further, and each step requires your approval and confirmation to move forward. Unless it’s a mistake on our end, which we can review on a per-case scenario and make a decision; other than that, our policy is we don’t offer refunds.
